Project Control Suite (PCS) is part of the Industrial Equipment Manufacturing solution and the, universal code based, successor for Advanced Job Management.
PCS adds value to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Project module to help project managers, planners and sales people by creating up-to-date visibility on projects based on the following features:
Budgeting:
    • Multiple budget versions per Project
    • Additional work breakdown structures, Elements and Activities
    • Templates (Project -, Project Task -, and Invoice templates) to create Projects
    • Project Cost Types and Surcharges for cost+ calculations
    • Forecast an Estimate at Completion for the Project
    • Project Deliverables
    • Project specific assembly – and production BOM’s
    • Create item wizard
    • Copy budget – to planning lines
    • Order date warning (long lead time)
Planning
    • Critical Path based timeline calculation either forward (ASAP) or backward (JIT)
    • Flexible manufacturing: In Project -, Light - with Assembly Orders, Full featured Production orders (Advanced)
